How is screen size calculated?
We use industry-standard physics: the 4/6/8 Rule and Foviated Vision principles. A screen must be large enough to be legible at distance, but not so large it's overwhelming. For 1080p, we recommend a size where individual pixels aren't visible (Retina effect).
Why does Resolution affect size?
4K screens allow viewers to stand closer without seeing pixels. This means you can get away with a slightly smaller screen (about 15%) because the image remains sharp, or go larger for immersion.
What brightness do I need?
Indoor: 350-500 nits.
Window-facing: 2500+ nits (High Bright) to combat sun glare.
Outdoor: 2500-3500 nits + weatherproofing (IP65).
