We evaluate your needs across 3 dimensions: Scale (how many screens), Content (how complex/frequent), and Management (how many people involved). This creates a weighted profile that matches you to the right software tier: Easy, Pro, or Enterprise.
What if I need both Easy and Enterprise features?
This is common! We recommend starting with the tier that solves your primary bottleneck (e.g., if content creation is the bottleneck, go for a tool with great templates). You can always scale up.
Why "Urgency" matters?
If you need a solution NOW, we weight "Managed Services" higher because setting up a DIY tool takes time. If you have time, you can save money by doing it yourself.
