What is a "Critical Feature"?
Items marked as [CRITICAL] are deal-breakers for most enterprise deployments. If a vendor fails these (e.g., SOC2 compliance, offline playback), they should likely be disqualified regardless of their total score.
How is the score calculated?
Each section (Hardware, CMS, Support) has weighted points. Security and Reliability are weighted heaviest (40%), followed by CMS Usability (30%). A score below 70% indicates significant risk.
